Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has reacted to the Henry Nowak killing.

The prime minister told broadcasters: "I have to say, as a father of a 17-year-old boy, I felt sick watching it."

He added that the footage was "harrowing", and says the situation is "understandably devastating" for Nowak's parents.
