Newly released video from an officer’s body camera at a Texas running track captures the moments after a student athlete fatally stabbed another teen from a rival team during a high school meet last year. The footage was included in a batch of evidence released by the court after Karmelo Anthony's trial. The 19-year-old was convicted of murder in the death of Austin Metcalf, 17, and sentenced to prison.

This post replaces an earlier one to correct the source of the bodycam to Collin County District Attorney's Office, not Collin County Sheriff's Office.
