A toddler who had been trapped for six days under a collapsed building in Venezuela was rescued Tuesday, National Assembly President Jorge Rodríguez said. Footage showed Jordanian rescuers cheering as they pulled the limp but responsive boy, covered in dust, out from the rubble.
