Qatar has established an air bridge to deliver emergency aid to Venezuela following a major earthquake. A Qatari search and rescue team has arrived at Caracas's main international airport carrying tents, medical supplies and specialised canine units trained to locate survivors in urban rubble. With the critical 72-hour window for finding survivors already passed, rescuers warn the operation may shift from search and rescue to search and recovery.

Al Jazeera's Zein Basravi reports from Caracas, Venezuela.
