Colombia's left-wing candidate has conceded defeat in the country's presidential election. Ivan Cepeda had previously challenged the vote count, questioning the initial results. It was the closest runoff in Colombia's history. Although an official result is yet to be announced, far-right candidate Abelardo de la Espriella appears set to win the presidency. US President Donald Trump had publicly backed Espriella.
