A British teenager is thought to have become the youngest person to be sanctioned by Russia.

Alexander Browder, 17, was sanctioned by Russia’s foreign ministry for spreading "misinformation".

He told Sky News he was banned from the country for exposing an illicit cryptocurrency network.
