CNN's Elex Michaelson went on an exclusive tour to the Sable Offshore Oil Corp. facilities with US Energy Secretary Chris Wright and US Interior Secretary Doug Burgum. The pipeline, located 10 miles off the coast of Southern California, was closed after an oil spill in 2015. After the war with Iran began, the Trump Administration re-opened the facility by invoking the Defense Production Act.
