Sky's Lisa Dowd looks at what has been learnt from the inquiry into the Nottingham attacks, in which three people were killed in June 2023, after the last day of evidence was heard.

Valdo Calocane, who had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and had a history of violent behaviour, has since admitted to killing Barnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates, along with three counts of attempted murder.

The inquiry has pieced together a series of mistakes by the authorities, which failed to work together and missed opportunities to stop the attacks.
