Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday said Russia "has once again chosen war." Russian leader Vladimir Putin rejected a proposal by Zelenskyy for a face-to-face meeting on ending the 4-year-old conflict, saying he sees “no point” in it.
