Campaigners are calling for King Charles to intervene as they demand an end to the criminalisation of members of the LGBT+ community by some Commonwealth countries.

The Lord of the Rings star Sir Ian McKellan joined protesters for the Commonwealth 'Walk of Shame' march outside the embassies of countries that are accused of denying equal rights to gay people.
