Video has captured the moment paramedics in southern Lebanon were hit by an Israeli strike.

At least 20 paramedics have been killed since a ceasefire with Israel was agreed last month which brings the total killed in the conflict to 123.

Israel has been accused of deliberately targeting ambulances and healthcare workers - Israel denies this, instead accusing the Iran-backed Hezbollah of using medical facilities for military purposes.

Sky's Alex Crawford reports from southern Lebanon.
