As the government sets out plans to tighten social media rules for under-16s, Roblox is urging caution over blanket restrictions for children online.

The gaming platform is introducing new safety measures, including limits on stranger-pairing features for younger users - a function ministers announced they want to ban as part of wider online safety reforms.
